A Woman Becomes Emotional When She Learns That Her Dog Is Alive After A Tornado Hits Her House

Arkansas has been hit by eight severe tornadoes, two of which were powerful EF2 tornadoes. Residents of Logan County were unfortunately forced to flee their homes after an EF2 tornado wreaked havoc in the area.

Ona and Bruce Dunlap’s home was completely destroyed by the tornado. During the storm, Dasha, the Dunlaps’ fearful dog, refused to leave the house, according to the Dunlaps. While the rest of the family went to the emergency shelter, Dasha was left trapped in the crumbling house.

When the storm passed, the Dunlaps returned to their home to check on Dasha. Ona burst into tears in the midst of the desolate ruins when she saw her puppy waiting for her at the entrance. She dashed over to hug her dog and cried out to the heavens, thanking them for protecting the helpless baby!

Although the Dunlaps’ home was destroyed by the tornado, they are relieved that their beloved puppy survived. If you live in a storm-prone area, keep an eye out for the pets who are particularly vulnerable. Let us send our heartfelt condolences to all those who have been impacted by the tornado!
