Today, we’ll show you a video from Colombia that shows a man risking his life to save a puppy dangling from a high-balcony apartment. A small black and white dog dangles from the ledge, half of his body dangling over the edge.
The residents of the apartment downstairs try unsuccessfully to drag the dog back to safety with a broom.
