Mateus Henrique went out for a stroll near his house in Brazil the other day when he came across an incredible obstacle. A gigantic anaconda stretched out in front of him.
“My initial emotion was astonishment,” Henrique told The Dodo. “I wasn’t expecting to see her there.” Henrique was astounded to have come into contact with such a huge snake. Meanwhile, the big snake seemed completely unconcerned by him.
Henrique described her as “very peaceful.” “When she recognized my presence, she didn’t seem to mind and remained peaceful.” Even when Henrique moved closer, the snake kept creeping across the road. The anaconda soon vanished into the surrounding jungle, bringing that brief sight of her enormous proportions to an end.
But, even though Henrique had been delayed, he wouldn’t have had it any other way. “I was extremely thrilled to get the opportunity to view her up close,” he added. “Without a doubt, this will live on in my memories forever.”
