Rare footage has been captured of a two-meter brown snake aggressively attacking the camera as handlers attempt to remove the animal. Footage and photos show the eastern brown snake with venom released from a canvas bag and becoming highly defensive – standing up and attacking the camera six times – before disappearing under some bushes .
The handlers were trying to move the huge, ‘wrist-sized’ and highly defensive beast. The veteran handler was also called in with two other snake finds Wednesday in a McDonald’s parking lot and a family backyard. All the snakes were relocated to the bush that afternoon.
The snakes are making up for lost time to ‘mate and feed at the same time. The ferocious animal was captured by snake handlers after being discovered in a parking lot on the north coast. Footage shows the venomous eastern brown being released from a canvas bag and becoming highly defensive.
